Cinnamon is a perennial woody tree with many applications in medicine, cuisine, and daily life. Its bark has a spicy, strong aroma and is used as a spice, in traditional Eastern medicine, as well as in cosmetics and pharmaceutical production. Cinnamon also carries good feng shui meanings, symbolizing luck, wealth, and longevity.


Botanical Characteristics

Trunk:
Cinnamon trees have a woody trunk, reaching 10 to 20 meters in height and up to 40 cm in diameter. The bark is smooth, gray, with vertical cracks.
